If your order has already been processed, you will need to request a return once you receive it. Shipping is non-refundable, so please double-check your address before submitting your order. <h3 id="isPasted">Do you ship internationally? </h3>Due to continued extensive delays, losses of shipments, and packages not clearing customs, international orders are shipped at the risk of the customer. TST is not responsible for these fees. <h3 id="how-long-does-shipping-take">How long does shipping take?</h3>All of our orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and take between 3-14 business days to arrive once shipped. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive once shipped. <h3 id="isPasted">Do you offer discreet packaging?</h3>All of our orders are packed in plain, unmarked mailers or boxes. The name for the return address is listed as &quot;Salem Art Gallery&quot; instead of &quot;The Satanic Temple&quot; or &quot;TST&quot;, and there are no further markings anywhere on the package indicating the shop of origin. Your USPS Tracking Number will also provide you with the return to sender or incomplete delivery information. If you would still like your item(s), please place a new order with the correct address.If your membership order is sent back to us, we will contact you for an updated address. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we do not hear back from you within 14 days, we will consider your order forfeited. Membership orders are non-refundable.&#xA0;If we attempt to reship your package and it returns to us a second time, it will also be considered forfeit. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered ahead of time. Ask family or neighbors to see if someone received your package by mistake. Stop by your local post office to see if they are holding it. Sometimes pick-up notices are not left. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Apparel items may be opened to try on but can only be returned if unworn. Restocking fees may apply for used or worn items.
