Return policy

Returns may be requested within 30 days of order delivery. We are unable to process returns or refunds for orders older than 30 days. To request a return label or if you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us. We will do our best to replace or refund incorrect or damaged items as quickly as possible.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Apparel items may be opened to try on but can only be returned if unworn. Restocking fees may apply for used or worn items. If you have sizing questions, please refer to our size chart in the item listing.

At this time, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders international to the United States. However if there are unexpected issues or damages with your order, please do reach out and we will work with you to find a solution.

How can I return/exchange items I ordered?

If you would like to return an item within 30 days of order delivery, please contact us. In your email please include your order number, the item you are looking to return, and the reason you are looking to return it. We will review your request and provide a return label as needed. Once the item arrives back to us, we will process the refund for the cost of the item. Please note that per our return policy restocking fees may apply for used or worn items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you need to exchange an item for a different style, size, color, etc., request a return label with the same steps as above. As with returns, we will process the refund once the item has arrived back to us. To receive the new item, you will need to place a new order for it.

Please note that any package returned to us at your own volition and not through our returns process will be considered forfeit. No refund will be provided, and we will take possession of the items.

Can I return a sale item?

No. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded: 

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Sale Collection
  • Membership Cards & Certificates
  • Virtual Gift Cards
  • Any promotional items (e.g. Buy One Get One Free, Free Item with Purchase)
