Which payment types do you accept?

All major credit cards, PayPal, Meta Pay, and Apple Pay. 

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?

No.

How do refunds get processed?

If you are requesting a refund, our customer service & returns team will process the request once all applicable information has been provided. For returns, the refund will be processed once the item has arrived back to us; for cancellations it will be processed once we receive confirmation of your order information and reason for cancellation. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address listed on your order.

The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method. Once processed by our team, the funds are then at the discretion of your financial institution to return them to your account. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days to see the funds back in your account. Should there be an issue where the refund fails and the amount is kicked back to us, we will reach out to offer a virtual gift card for the amount. We are unable to send refunds through any other means than the original payment method.

Do you offer gift receipts?
