Can I change the name on my Membership Card & Certificate after I order it?

Yes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If no name is provided, we will use the name on the shipping information. Names are printed using the standard English alphabet, but if your name uses characters from other scripts please reach out as we are more than happy to accommodate!

Please note that we cannot make any alterations, additions, or amendments to the available designs other than the name. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are final sale and cannot be returned.


How long does it take to receive my Membership Card & Certificate order?

Please allow up to 1-2 business weeks for processing. During peak times, please allow up to 16 business days (or 3 weeks) for fulfillment. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way. We will always post our current processing times on the "Shop All" page, "Shipping" tab on the item page, and announce them in the weekly Shop Notice. 


Why is my Membership Card & Certificate order taking so long?

Each item is personalized and packaged by hand just for you. This is a manual process, which takes time and care to do properly. Sometimes, typically based on current events, our shop receives a massive influx of orders. We are a small team of humans working as efficient and accurately as possible to keep up with the demand. 

If your order is delayed longer than originally expected, we will send an email out to everyone whose orders are affected as well as announcing it in our weekly Shop Notice. Please check your inbox before emailing us. If you do not wish to wait for your order any longer, we are happy to cancel it for you. Simply send us an email asking for it to be cancelled.


The name on my membership is incorrect or my membership is damaged. What can I do?

If there is an incorrect name, spelling, design, missing component, or damage on your membership card or certificate, please contact us. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 


I lost my card, changed my name, etc. Can I get a replacement?

If you need a replacement membership card or certificate for any reason, you can order a new set at any time. Currently, you will need to place a new order, which includes both the card and certificate. The current year will be printed on the card.


I changed my mind. Can I return my Membership Order?

Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are final sale and cannot be returned. Feel free to set it on fire if you no longer want it (in a fireproof container outside, of course).


Do you sell Membership Cards & Certificates separately?

Not at this time. Due to the high order volume, we are unable to accept special requests for orders. You will receive both items in every order, even if you just need or want one piece.


The design I want is sold out. Is it ever coming back?

In the summer of 2022, we simplified our design offerings. If the design you want is listed as sold out, and not shown in the photos, then it is discontinued. We will announce new designs when they become available. There is no set schedule for this. Please do not ask us for a discontinued design. We cannot honor special requests at this time.


Why is my Membership Certificate signed/unsigned?

Only certain designs come with the TST Co-Founders signatures. Based on our current selection: 001 TST Original Certificate, 002 TST Baphomet Certificate, 003 TST Paradise Lost Certificate come signed. 008 TST Luciana Nedelea Certificate is unsigned. Please double check the product listing photos before placing your order based on your preference.
