If no name is provided, we will use the name on the shipping information. During peak times, please allow up to 16 business days (or 3 weeks) for fulfillment. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way. We will always post our current processing times on the &quot;<a href="https://thesatanictemple.com/collections/all-products-excluding-route" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Shop All</a>&quot; page, &quot;Shipping&quot; tab on the item page, and announce them in the weekly Shop Notice.&#xA0; <h3 id="why-is-my-membership-card--certificate-order-taking-so-long">Why is my Membership Card &amp; Certificate order taking so long?</h3>Each item is personalized and packaged by hand just for you. This is a manual process, which takes time and care to do properly. Sometimes, typically based on current events, our shop receives a massive influx of orders. We are a small team of humans working as efficient and accurately as possible to keep up with the demand.&#xA0;If your order is delayed longer than originally expected, we will send an email out to everyone whose orders are affected as well as announcing it in our weekly Shop Notice. Please check your inbox before emailing us. If you do not wish to wait for your order any longer, we are happy to cancel it for you. Simply send us an email asking for it to be cancelled. <h3 id="isPasted">The name on my membership is incorrect or my membership is damaged. What can I do?</h3>If there is an incorrect name, spelling, design, missing component, or damage on your membership card or certificate, please&#xA0;<a href="mailto:returns@thesatanictemple.com"></a><a href="mailto:returns@thesatanictemple.com">contact us</a>. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.&#xA0; <h3 id="i-lost-my-card-changed-my-name-etc-can-i-get-a-replacement">I lost my card, changed my name, etc. Can I get a replacement?</h3>If you need a replacement membership card or certificate for any reason, you can order a new set at any time. Currently, you will need to place a new order, which includes both the card and certificate. The current year will be printed on the card. <h3 id="i-changed-my-mind-can-i-return-my-membership-order">I changed my mind. Can I return my Membership Order?</h3>Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are final sale and cannot be returned. Feel free to set it on fire if you no longer want it (in a fireproof container outside, of course). <h3 id="isPasted">Do you sell Membership Cards &amp; Certificates separately?</h3>Not at this time. Due to the high order volume, we are unable to accept special requests for orders. You will receive both items in every order, even if you just need or want one piece. <h3 id="the-design-i-want-is-sold-out-is-it-ever-coming-back">The design I want is sold out. Is it ever coming back?</h3>In the summer of 2022, we simplified our design offerings. If the design you want is listed as sold out, and not shown in the photos, then it is discontinued. We will announce new designs when they become available. There is no set schedule for this. Please do not ask us for a discontinued design. We cannot honor special requests at this time. <h3 id="isPasted">Why is my Membership Certificate signed/unsigned?</h3>Only certain designs come with the TST Co-Founders signatures. Based on our current selection: 001 TST Original Certificate, 002 TST Baphomet Certificate, 003 TST Paradise Lost Certificate come signed. 008 TST Luciana Nedelea Certificate&#xA0;is unsigned. Please double check the product listing photos before placing your order based on your preference.<h3 id> </h3>

Our shop is open to everyone. <h3 id="is-purchasing-a-membership-card--certificate-required-as-part-of-tst-membership">Is purchasing a Membership Card &amp; Certificate required as part of TST Membership?&#xA0;</h3>No. Membership to The Satanic Temple is and always will be free and open to all.&#xA0;Purchasing a Membership Card &amp; Certificate bundle is optional and available to you to purchase for any reason. Each card and certificate is personalized and receives an official TST seal.&#xA0; <h3 id="what-are-the-benefits-of-joining-tst">What are the benefits of joining TST?</h3>The benefits of joining depend on what you want to do with your Membership. Joining on our website will put you on our mailing list so you can stay up-to-date on our activities and Campaigns. If you want your Membership to be even more rewarding, consider becoming active in a Congregation or contributing to the mission of The Satanic Temple in other ways.
