Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?
Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us so that we can complete the request. When emailing please provide your order number, the item(s) you’d like to cancel, and the reason for cancellation.
We are unable to change the item(s) on your order, however we can cancel the order so that you can place a new one with the updated item(s). After 24 hours we are unable to cancel your order as it will have been passed to the appropriate fulfillment teams. If the order is already in fulfillment or shipped, you will need to request a return once you have received it.
If you need to update the shipping address on your order or the name requested for your membership, you may also do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond that window we cannot guarantee if the information will be updated before processing or shipping.
