How often are items restocked?

Items are restocked as often as needed and as quickly as possible. Some items, like candles, hats, and mugs are restocked seasonally. If an item is in the Sale Collection, once it's gone, it's gone for good. 

Please keep in mind that the popularity of certain designs is unpredictable and often based on what's happening in current events. We announce restocks in our weekly shop newsletters and on our Shop's Instagram and Facebook.

Why do you limit quantities for certain products?

Some of our items are small batch and limited edition. We want as many people as possible to have a chance to own one.

I want to exchange an item, but the size/color is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/color?

We do not offer exchanges, but you may return the item you do not want and purchase the a new one in your preferred size/color.
