How do I know if my order is delayed?
Our shop can be affected by current events, and this can cause major volume increases in the number of orders in the course of just a few days. As soon as we are able, we will send an email to all customers who may experience a delay in receiving their order. The best way to see our current processing times is on our "Shop All" page or on the "Shipping" tab on the individual product page (located to the right of the "Description" tab.) If your order was placed before the "as of" date, then it should be arriving as originally expected.
Can I get a rush order?
I received the wrong item/my item was broken. Do I have to wait all over again?
So sorry about that! No, your order will be corrected by one of our Customer Service Associates and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Are there any shipping delays?
We will update any known shipping delays. As of 7/20/22, there are no known full service area delays.
