Can I put my mug in the dishwasher, microwave, etc.?

Yes, Deneen Pottery mugs are dishwasher, microwave, oven, and even freezer safe. Avoid going from one extreme temperature to the other. Deneen's mugs are very durable but not unbreakable. When force comes in contact with stoneware, it can cause it to break or crack, and as a result, the integrity (and liquid proof-ness) will be compromised. The crack might be as unnoticeable as a hairline fracture, but the leaking liquid will be easy to spot. At this point, your mug will need to be relegated to desk duty where it can still hold pencils and pens. 

How do I wash my shirt/sweatshirt?

Apparel care instructions: Machine wash at a low heat. Wash garments inside-out with similar colors. Avoid using bleach. Use non-chlorine bleach if necessary. Tumble dry. 

How do I stop my shirt/sweatshirt from shrinking?

All of our apparel is pre-shrunk. However, you should still avoid hot water and hot dryers to prevent unwanted shrinking.

Can I wash my hat?

It's best to wash caps and beanies by hand in cool water with gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry.
